Steve Nakano, PT
Physical Therapist, Clinic Director
Steve is a graduate of Boston University's Sargent College of Allied Health Professions and received a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 1993. He completed clinical work in outpatient physical therapy around Portland Oregon and over the past nine years treated chronic and post procedure neck and back clients in a Spine Care facility. The 'hands-on' aspect of PT to help people resume their activities at work, home and play keeps the job interesting and motivating for him.
He stays current with treatment techniques by taking continuing education courses and talking to physicians who implement newer treatment procedures. Steve is especially interested in returning athletes to their sport, workers to their jobs and educating the public on preventive measures to stay healthy and avoid injury.
Growing up in the heart of California's Silicon Valley, Steve enjoys outdoor recreation, watching his son play soccer and recently started to referee the occasional soccer match as well.
