Ernie earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Pacific University in 2008. He obtained a degree in Athletic Training from George Fox University in 2004.
Presently, Ernie is employed full-time in the clinic and also volunteers as an adjunct Athletic Trainer at Oregon City High School.
He is a participating member of the APTA, APTA - Orthopedic Section, OPTA, and a board member of Oregon Orthopedic Physical Therapy Study Group (OOPTSG). Ernie specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and post-surgical care.
Ernie and his wife, Megan, enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, and traveling throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Bryce Gillespie, ATC

Bryce Gillespie ATC graduated from George Fox University in 2007 with his B.S. while Majoring in Athletic Training & Fitness Management. Bryce has been the ProActive Director of Sports Medicine since July of 2011. Bryce also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer for Canby High School, along with being the Director of the Canby High School strength and conditioning program. Bryce has received the Oregon Athletic Trainers Society ATC of the year, North West Athletic Trainers Association outstanding service award, Oregon Athletic Trainers Society outstanding service award, and has been the Oregon Athletic Trainers Society ATC of the month twice. Bryce is an NATA StarTRACKS scholar, and has served as North West Athletic Trainers Association Exhibit Hall coordinator.
Melissa Martin, ATC

Melissa Martin, ATC grew up in Glide, OR and graduated from Glide High School in 2004. She attended George Fox University and played on the women's varsity basketball team. In 2008 she graduated with her B.S. while majoring in Athletic Training and Physical Education. She is the head Athletic Trainer at Oregon City High School and is the Marketing Coordinator for ProActive Physical Therapy, focusing on the Canby and Oregon City clinics.
Melissa enjoys playing basketball, reading, spending time with her family and friends. Melissa is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, and the Oregon Athletic Trainers Society.
Elissa Baldwin, ATC

Elissa Baldwin grew up in Kennewick, WA and attended Kamiakin High School, graduating in 1999. During high school, she got involved in the Sports Medicine class starting sophomore year, which got her hooked on athletic training. She attended Oregon State University, graduating with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science - Athletic Training emphasis in 2003. She then went on to San Diego State University, graduating with a M.A. in Sport Psychology in 2006. During her time in San Diego she did athletic training in a variety of settings, including working with Marine recuits at Camp Pendleton in 2005. Elissa joined ProActive in July 2009 and is enjoying work as both an athletic trainer and marketing coordinator.
Elissa enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, golfing, skiing, sailing and going to the theatre. One of her great joys in life is traveling the world. She has studied abroad twice in London and Rome and continues to travel around Europe whenever she gets the chance.
Elissa is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Washington State Athletic Trainers' Association.
Rachel Jensen, ATC

Rachel Jensen, ATC, AT/L grew up in Utah, "the state of sport", and graduated from Ogden High School in 2004. She attended Weber State University and received her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 2009 after passing the National Athletic Training Association's Board of Certification exam.
Rachel is in her second year as the Head Athletic Trainer at Hockinson High School in Vancouver Washington. Rachel also travels with Winning Medical International as a Certified Athletic Trainer and venue medical manager for the AST Dew Tour.
In her free time Rachel likes to camp, kayak, ski, and play indoor soccer. She also loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
Adrian Cagigas, ATC

Head Athletic Trainer, Evergreen High School
Adrian Cagigas is the Head Athletic Trainer for Evergreen High School where he provides athletic training services for Proactive Physical Therapy. He completed his Bachelor's of Science for Humboldt State University and holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University.
Previously Adrian was the Director of Athletic Training for TEAM Clinic in Santa Clara, CA. He provided personal training and rehabilitation for patients, members of the 2003 MLS Champion San Jose Earthquakes, various professional triathletes, and professional cyclists appearing in the 2004 Olympic Trials. Prior to TEAM Clinic, Adrian served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA where his primary responsibilities included management, rehabilitation, and prevention of athletic injuries for football, women's gymnastics, and softball.
An avid athlete himself Adrian participated and lettered in football, soccer and baseball at Damien High School in La Verne, CA. Adrian was fortunate enough to go on and play NCAA 2 Intercollegiate soccer at Humboldt State University for three seasons. In his off time Adrian enjoys fishing, music, and the outdoors.
Emily Falk, ATC

Emily Falk, ATC, grew up in West Linn, OR and graduated from West Linn High School in 2003. She attended Brigham Young University where she graduated in 2009 with her B.S. in Athletic Training. She continued on at Brigham Young University as an athletic trainer intern and finished her M.S. in Exercise Science, emphasis in Athletic Training, in 2011. She is now the head Athletic Trainer at Mt. Hood Community College.
Emily loves to play soccer and enjoys being outside hiking, camping, and rocking climbing with friends and family.
