Ryan Nall, PT, DPT
Physcial Therapist, Clinic Director
Ryan is the clinic director of East Vancouver Proactive Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. He graduated from Pacific University with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2008. His specialties include manual joint and soft tissue mobilization techniques using the Maitland approach out of Australia, Myofascial release techniques to improve pain and flexibility, specific strength and conditioning training for athletes as well as weekend warriors, and a positive and fun attitude to make the rehab process very enjoyable.
Ryan practices the ASTYM (augmented soft tissue mobilization) system to treat chronic as well as acute pain/dysfunction disorders and has had very much success with this treatment providing relief to some patients that have had problems for more than 30 years. This treatment has provided valuable for his injured workers, athletes, and many others who have been unable to engage in their recreational activities. Additionally Ryan uses Kinesiotape to help with muscular/joint imbalances that may be causing pain or postural dysfunctions and is currently receiving training using TRX for strength, flexibility, and conditioning. Ryan has been trained in the McKenzie approach to treating spinal disorders and uses this technique when appropriate to improve pain/dysfunction.
In Ryan's spare time he really enjoys hiking, golfing, backpacking, travel, and outdoor activities. He is from the quaint town of Joseph, Oregon liked to a "small Swiss village" of where he discovered his love for exercise and the outdoors. Ryan attended Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR for his Bachelor of Science degree and is a Beaver Believer but does appreciate healthy conversation with Ducks, Huskies, and Cougar fans. Ryan would encourage any patient to come into Proactive if they are having pain or limitation with their daily, work, or recreational activities. Patients really enjoy the family feel that Proactive has to offer in addition to expertice clinical skills, compassion, and treatment.
Jen Meyers, PT, DPT
Physcial Therapist
Jen Graduated from the University of the Pacific (Stockton, CA) in 2011 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is originally from Mammoth Lakes, CA. Her areas of focus and interest in physical therapy include Orthopedic/Sports Physical Therapy, Aquatic Therapy, and Strength and Conditioning. Jen enjoys rowing, swimming, running, hiking, x-c/alpine skiing, surfing, photography, as well as being with friends and family!
Rheba Jacobs, PTA
Physcial Therapist Assistant
Rheba Jacobs, PTA is East Vancouver's Physical Therapist Assistant who is licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington. Rheba is experienced in treating a multitude of conditions using soft tissue mobilization, myofascial relase, joint mobilizations, patient education and therapeutic exercise. These conditions include, though are not limited to: post-op rehabilitation, pre-op strengthening, joint replacements, spinal disorders, balance or proprioceptive deficits, joint instability, SI joint dysfunction, and general debilitation.
Though Rheba comes from a family who was born and raised on the Hawaiian Islands, Rheba has grown up in Vancouver, WA. She enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and family, specifically with her beautiful little girl who remains her pride and joy.
Rachel Jensen, ATC

Head Athletic Trainer, Hockinson High School
Rachel Jensen, ATC, AT/L grew up in Utah, "the state of sport", and graduated from Ogden High School in 2004. She attended Weber State University and received her bachelor's degree in Athletic Training in 2009 after passing the National Athletic Training Association's Board of Certification exam.
Rachel is in her second year as the Head Athletic Trainer at Hockinson High School in Vancouver Washington. Rachel also travels with Winning Medical International as a Certified Athletic Trainer and venue medical manager for the AST Dew Tour.
In her free time Rachel likes to camp, kayak, ski, and play indoor soccer. She also loves to read and spend time with her family and friends.
Adrian Cagigas, ATC

Head Athletic Trainer, Evergreen High School
Adrian Cagigas is the Head Athletic Trainer for Evergreen High School where he provides athletic training services for Proactive Physical Therapy. He completed his Bachelor's of Science for Humboldt State University and holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology from San Jose State University.
Previously Adrian was the Director of Athletic Training for TEAM Clinic in Santa Clara, CA. He provided personal training and rehabilitation for patients, members of the 2003 MLS Champion San Jose Earthquakes, various professional triathletes, and professional cyclists appearing in the 2004 Olympic Trials. Prior to TEAM Clinic, Adrian served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA where his primary responsibilities included management, rehabilitation, and prevention of athletic injuries for football, women's gymnastics, and softball.
An avid athlete himself Adrian participated and lettered in football, soccer and baseball at Damien High School in La Verne, CA. Adrian was fortunate enough to go on and play NCAA 2 Intercollegiate soccer at Humboldt State University for three seasons. In his off time Adrian enjoys fishing, music, and the outdoors.
