Joan Anderson, PT, DPT earned her undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, Provo, UT in 2000 and both her Masters and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees at Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2002 and 2003 respectively. She is a Colorado native, and has worked in a variety of settings. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and her clinic specialties include orthopedics, manual therapy, women's health, and pediatrics. She enjoys water skiing, swimming, hiking, and reading.

Elissa Baldwin grew up in Kennewick, WA and attended Kamiakin High School, graduating in 1999. During high school, she got involved in the Sports Medicine class starting sophomore year, which got her hooked on athletic training. She attended Oregon State University, graduating with a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science - Athletic Training emphasis in 2003. She then went on to San Diego State University, graduating with a M.A. in Sport Psychology in 2006. During her time in San Diego she did athletic training in a variety of settings, including working with Marine recuits at Camp Pendleton in 2005. Elissa joined ProActive in July 2009 and is enjoying work as both an athletic trainer and marketing coordinator.
Elissa enjoys spending time with friends and family, cycling, golfing, skiing, sailing and going to the theatre. One of her great joys in life is traveling the world. She has studied abroad twice in London and Rome and continues to travel around Europe whenever she gets the chance.
Elissa is a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the Washington State Athletic Trainers' Association.
